Returns & Exchanges

At Gym+Coffee, we want you to love your gear; if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Indicate whether you would prefer a direct size exchange, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your request within 5-7 business days of receipt.
